I’ve been fighting the commie hoards in DC for all I’m worth, TT.

Caught piece of a really cool show on either science channel or history 2 channel. The show was titled “the search for the soul” or something very similar. The premise is to search for the soul using scientifc method. The portion I watched was touching on reincarnation and the case presented was absolutly stunning in its documentation. I mean hair stand up on the back of the neck stunning. Well worth the time to watch.

I’ve always thought that is an interesting concept. After all, life, aside from our spirtual beliefs, is electrical energy. One has to wonder what happens to that electrical energy once it leaves our spent bodies.

TT – your absence has been noted in the historical records. Please remit payment of 12 pack of Lone Star Lite to each of the male regulars on here and a bottle of Hornito to all the wimmens.

    Poor Troy –
He missed my epic F-bomb rant.

(Just kidding – but if you aren’t on here, how would you know? πŸ˜› )

I’ve been lurking (does that reduce the quantity of my remittance). Its challenging to post from me smurt phone. Its baseball season, so spending most evenings at ballfield watching the lad develop into the BEST CATCHER EVAH! (Kid is on fucking fire this season, batting bout 750 and pickin off runners). Hope y’all are all happy and healthy. And for the record…ALL COMMIES AND SOCIALISTS MUST DIE!!!!ELEVENTY!!!!

Good to hear there’s another baseball player around. I was beginning to think everyone played soccer now.

  17. clintbird June 22, 2012 at 10:12 am #

    Soccer is ghey.

    Hey Troy!!!

    Glad to see you!

  19. Jay in Ames June 22, 2012 at 11:45 am #

Hanging around for a bit, aggie?

  20. LC Aggie Sith June 22, 2012 at 12:24 pm #

Trying. I have a family reunion which will probably break UFC records coming up, and trying to clean house, and get packed. Sorry I have been gone, but I have had several appts this week, not to mention had to get Hubby’s car serviced.

On the upside, my thyroid is great, my cholesterol is fabulous, but I am slightly anaemic.

Fuck, I hate taking iron supplements…

  21. Jay in Ames June 22, 2012 at 12:31 pm #

well, I’m glad we got that cleared up!

  22. LC Aggie Sith June 22, 2012 at 12:53 pm #

    No, not yet….

Pap results come in next week πŸ˜€

  23. Teresa in Fort Worth, TX June 22, 2012 at 4:07 pm #

Have you been “trending” anemic, Ags? Sometimes for us ladies, the “timing” can make a huge difference IYKWIM…..

Are you on any medications that might cause anemia?
Have you had a bone density scan recently?

PM me – those 2 in combination can (really!) be cleared up within a year on a GF diet, whether you test positive for Celiac Disease or not – it has something to do with how the immune system is affected (sorry, but I had to throw that out there – Mr. TiFW had mild anemia for years; hasn’t been a problem since Rebecca’s diagnosis)

I’m 50, and my bone density was recently measured at 2 std. deviations ABOVE what they see in 30-yr-old women – my doctor was impressed.

  24. Jay in Ames June 22, 2012 at 4:25 pm #

I KNEW Celiac disease was behind it!

  25. LC Aggie Sith June 22, 2012 at 4:32 pm #

Bone scan was primo. And it is that “time”. I tried to tell him that during “that time” I get anaemic, but he’s a doc and wouldn’t listen πŸ˜‰

  26. terribletroy June 22, 2012 at 4:37 pm #

Basa ball been berry berry gud to chico….

Hell yeah soccer is ghey! I prefer games where I get to use items that can be used as field expiedient bludgens (sp?). Anyway, we also play foolsball. And our other sport is hunting. Gawdamn its good to be a american!

Hiya Ags good to see ya, hope your enjoying yourself now that the ole man is home (please extend my respects to the good dr.) I reccomend rear nakid choke technique for the reunion. Puts em to sleep quick and no lasting harm, unless you hold on to it long. Remember your not pinching off air, you want to compress the carotid and jugular veins shutting down blood flow to the brain. Or you could just pepper spray the offender….

TiFW I’m praying I don’t get to see a f bomb from you this year. If I do it’ll prolly mean I’ll be heading to DC to clean up some trash. I am soooo tired of fucking around with these marxist fuck nuggets.

Fucking executive orders, fucking contempt charges, fucking ghey marriage, fucking illegal immigrants, fucking racists……

  27. LC Aggie Sith June 22, 2012 at 4:53 pm #

    Good tips, Troy. Thanks!

*packs pepper spray, rope, and chains*

  28. clintbird June 22, 2012 at 5:32 pm #

You can have my gluten when you take it from my cold, dead hands!!!!

  29. Teresa in Fort Worth, TX June 22, 2012 at 6:16 pm #

    …he’s a doc and wouldn’t listen…

Then I’d tell him that you want to wait to start an iron supplement until you’ve had 3 or 4 tests come back showing a progression of anemia.

Too much iron will kill you – it’s why they tell men and post-menopausal women not to take it.

Instead of supplements, just tell hubs that you absolutely MUST have the big prime rib/ribeye/filet – for your health, of course….. πŸ˜›

  30. Teresa in Fort Worth, TX June 22, 2012 at 6:26 pm #

I KNEW Celiac disease was behind it!

Meh – only if both parameters had been low.
That’s why I asked about the bone density scan.

If you’re leaching calcium AND hemoglobin, it’s time to figure out what’s causing it; CD’s the easiest “catch” out there (and doesn’t require medications with wicked bad side effects).

If the thyroid number is low, you’re usually looking at the CD/GF “Hat Trick” πŸ˜›
(Rebecca’s thyroid perked right up after her diagnosis – she was starting to get into the “time-to-start-worrying-about-this” zone)

  31. Jay in Ames June 24, 2012 at 3:40 pm #

    Kinda slow around here.

Hope the reunion is going well for aggie.

  32. Teresa in Fort Worth, TX June 24, 2012 at 5:22 pm #

Well then, I’m gonna pimp my latest blog post (might as well – nobody’s around to tell me I can’t! πŸ˜› )

I forgot to include all of the transfers, resignations, and “Going to spend more time with their family” miscreants, but it was getting a little long and linky already…..

  33. Jay in Ames June 25, 2012 at 7:32 am #

Celiac disease commercial on the TeeVee this morning? I blame TiFW.

  34. Jay in Ames June 25, 2012 at 7:38 am #
